Okay! I made a few changes to my blog, gave it a name and title, and then sent it off. I think this one went well. Phew!! I still cannot export my Avatar. I given up. Guess I won't have one. I've tried 4 times. I am sure it is user error, but I cannot figure it out!
I was already registered on Eduphoria, so I felt good about that. Now we shall see how the rest goes. I am still very tentative about all of this. But I know I need to learn more and experiment (play) more with technology. Charge!!
You are doing great! I'll send more instructions and questions about getting your avatar embedded in your blog through school email.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have not given up completely. Some of this stuff is a little confusing to figure out but I am finding lots of ways to do things that I like.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck
The Avatar was the hardest thing so far. It was fun to make, but a little confusing to get over to the blog. And Jane, don't feel bad, I do technogy and I struggled with it AND, I have already forgotten how to do it. Hang in there! I was excited to see you were doing this.
ReplyDeleteI know several people had issues with the avatar so don't get too frustrated! If you are still having problems, let me know and I can try to help you trouble shoot it! Hopefully you haven't given up yet.
ReplyDeleteIt took me a LONG time to get my avatar right. My "normal" method of inserting a picture didn't work. I had to very carefully go through the directions several times to be successful! Don't give up!
ReplyDeleteI consider myself a bit of a computer geek and I still got frustrated trying to figure this out! I had about 5 Yahoo avatars already built, but couldn't figure out how to get to them for this purpose. Once I got it, though, it was one of those smack your forehead moments.
